The final 24 players came back to the Imperial ballroom of the Atlantis Resort to play poker on day 5 of PokerStars.net Caribbean adventure. Within six hours, the field only consisted of 8 players to the final table. The title run is staged for Monday and will be widely anticipated. Ty Reiman dragged the biggest pot of the tournament mid-way through the day vaulting all the way up to the head of the score-board, but start-of-the- day leader Ryan D'Angelo managed to retake the top-spot by night's end.

Within just a few minutes of the starting gun, the short stacks began to fall by the wayside. Robert Mizrachi outlasted the first two casulaties of the day, but he would exit in 22nd place ($75,000) when his two overcards couldn't connect against Reiman's pocket jacks.

Jeff Madsen was sent home in 19th place ($87,500) after he also lost a coinflip with two Broadway cards. The pocket fours of Aage Ravn's held up on a board full of blanks, and Madsen was sent away for his bust-out interview in the corner.
