This portal is definitely geared towards the new player, and has lots of tips and strategies to improve your game. However, you will spend most of your time on the site dodging pop-ups, and some key features of a portal, like blogs, are sadly lacking.

Just try and read an article with all the pop-up adverts, and you will end up going stir crazy.

Poker777 is a big site with a lot of content, and from the home page it is easy to navigate to the different categories on offer. This poker portal seems geared towards those new players amongst you, as it is heavy on explanatory content, rules, tips and strategies. However, perhaps in an attempt to balance their impartial, information-geared content, there are plenty of infuriating pop-ups and distracting advertisements to promote operators and bonuses. This site is only available in English,ÂFrench and Spanish.

In this parameter one of the most important parts of the portal (the poker rooms reviews) have been graded..

It seems to be a trend on the less successful portals to give all the rooms and operators top marks in their reviews. The editor's picks are subsequently pretty useless, but the 'Poker Review' section does away with altogether and, with lots of rooms covered, the player is able to get a better sense of what is on offer in each room. Credit to Poker777 for reviewing so many rooms, but if they employed a 'compare rooms' feature like some of the other portals, it would be more user friendly.

If you spend any amount of time on Poker777, you will know all about the bonuses on offer in various rooms, thanks to the pop-up adverts which will seriously push you to the edge. Aside from these, there are no bonus codes from the portal itself, the bonuses on offer are not broken down or explained, nor are they rated in terms of their real value to players. In short, you could just as well skip the online poker portal and head straight to the rooms themselves.
