This site is pitifully lacking, and considering that this portal is limiting itself to just one game of poker, you would expect a lot more detail about where to play it online, what tournaments are going on, and where to find the best bonuses. This site is seriously lacking in content, and the only thing keeping it alive is its forum that, somehow, still attracts a lot of interest.

Further to its community focused portal, you can even join the Facebook group for TexasHolem Poker.

This is a really well-designed site, with a funky take on the baseball league logo for its tag. Â Focusing on just Texas Hold 'em is of course going to alienate a lot of players, but if this is your game, this poker portal is clearly laid-out, and gives lots of tips and strategies. The other problem is that this is clearly a US site, with US led content and although there is a texasholdem-poker-uk, for the rest of the world, its not going to be so relevant.

In this parameter one of the most important parts of the portal (the poker rooms reviews) have been graded..

No wonder this is such an attractive site; it is over-compensating for a lack of content. Only two rooms are reviewed, which is astonishing considering the huge number of Texas Hold 'em players. Surely they are not all playing in the same two rooms? The reviews themselves are pretty useless, as they either direct you to the site itself for more information, or just repeat facts that you could get from going straight to the room.Â

Against all the odds, there is not even a page dedicated to current tournaments, be it live or online. It is ironic that the people at Texas Hold 'em poker decided to run with the slogan 'Enough talk, take me to the featured poker room', because there really isnothing worth reading here anyway.

Texas Hold 'em online poker portal offers its readers 2 bonus codes. What is even more insulting from a site setting itself out as a poker portal, is that it doesn't even list the details of other bonus codes that you can get direct from the room.

The blog page is hardly worth a look, with limited action and irrelevant ramblings from nobody-knows-who. The Player Interviews are interesting reading however, and this is not something that you can find on every site, so points for effort there.

An evaluation of the quality of the news stories on the portal. Is it headline heaven or hell?.

There are several problems with the news section, the first being that the stories are geared towards a US readership or UK readership on texasholdempoker-uk. At least on the UK site the stories are taken from news agencies like the BBC, but the US site only has articles submitted from readers. Plus, the articles are limited and out-dated.
