Created by the lively Scrawny Bob, 4kingpoker is a safe bet for getting good Poker strategies, advice on where to play and how to get the most out of your money. Reviewing more online rooms that most of the other portals out there, this is definitely one of the more comprehensive portals for online poker on offer.

4kingpoker's great catchphrase, 'Don't get bitter, get better', is the mantra of this poker portal, which is geared towards tips, rules and strategies. Although it is only available in English, the portal aims for user interaction with an active forum and a clearly laid out home page.

In this parameter one of the most important parts of the portal (the poker rooms reviews) have been graded..

There are 30 poker rooms reviewed, and the reviews are detailed and informative, each on fish factor, bonuses, traffic and software.

The reviews are also updated to ensure you are getting the latest information about what's happening in each poker room, and some even have their own forum, allowing the user to feedback on the review. The advice is frank, and impartial; especially important if you are a new player and want to know what you are getting yourself into. Like some of the other big sites, 4king has compared rooms on several factors, including their bonuses, Mac compatibility, fish factor and more. Although there is detailed information on what bonuses are available on the rooms reviewed, there are not many actual bonus codes, making 4king superfluous when it comes to getting the best deals; you might as well save time and go straight to the site. What is useful, however, is the bonus review section, where the rooms are evaluated and ranked according to the bonuses they offer.

4king has a good forum, with lots of contributors across a number of topics. One of the conditions of playing in 4king's exclusive tournaments is that you make a minimum number of posts in the forum, so this helps to keep it active.

Most of the discussion boards have posts into the thousands, there are over 7000 members, and there is an original 'community' section where you can form groups, post pictures, and find other members.

First, lets mention a different kind of support than what we have come to expect; at the bottom of 4king is a link to the Gambler's Anonymous website. Perhaps a little ominous, but a unique and considerate touch. In terms of contacting the site, there is the email address for the site's creator, but no live, on site support.
